Earl Bales Park in North York is one of the most popular parks for its outdoor amphitheater and acres of hiking trails. It is considered a city, but at this time of the year, it is more famous for its skiing and snowboarding slopes with cable cars.

Earl Bills Park and Centennial Park were known for having ski slopes in the city for years, but last year Centennial Park announced it would be closing its ski slope, leaving Earl Bills as the only park with a ski slope.

Although the official reopening date of the park's ski slopes has not yet been announced, skiing in the park usually starts in early January, and the hope is that this year will be the same, but given the warm weather, it's impossible to say if that will happen.
