Swedish home appliance giant IKEA has issued a recall for a popular charger sold in Canada due to the risk of fire and electric shock. At least 10,258 units of this product were sold in Canada between April 2020 and December 2023.

The Ministry of Health warned that the wear and tear of the electric cable may bring the risk of burns and shocks to people.
