Vancouver Art Festival, one of the city's popular art cultural festivals, like the "Street Painting Festival", will be held again in February 2024. This festival includes various and completely free sections where those interested can see different works of art, participate in dance and music parties and learn about various artistic experiences.

According to the Winter Arts Festival website, the festival is planned with a special focus on the theme of "the intersection of society, technology and light" and works inspired by the old and historic streets of Vancouver.

The artistic part of this festival was created with the collaboration and participation of xwəθkwəy' əm (Musqueam) and Debra Sparrow and is organized by VMF on February 22-27 in the streets of Vancouver.
