The Lights at Lafarge festival in Coquitlam officially kicks off on November 24 with a special guest show from 5 to 8 p.m. The 1.2-kilometer outdoor fair features more than 100,000 Christmas lights and elements.
The exhibit is constantly changing over time, with acts being added and different activities running each night. The free exhibit, presented by the City of Coquitlam, will run until the end of February. The opening party will include DJ music, a comedy show and a final fire and light show.
Food trucks will be on site providing hot food and drinks. Lights at Lafarge is the largest free outdoor light festival in the Metro Vancouver area.
