Police say they received a call of the shooting around 12:05 a.m. When police arrived at the scene, at Goreway and Morningstar drives, they found an adult man who was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
The suspects are still at large. Officers believe this was an isolated incident and have turned the investigation over to the Peel Regional Police Homicide Bureau.
Police said in a tweet that they do not believe there is another threat to public safety related to the incident.
